Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing The Tradventurer (the "Site") or purchasing and using the course, trainers, downloads, and any related materials (together, the "Content"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Content.

2. What you are buying

The Tradventurer sells access to educational material about futures trading: video lessons, interactive trainers, written content, and downloadable resources. You are purchasing educational access only. You are not purchasing financial advice, signals, a managed account, or any promise of results.

3. License & acceptable use

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Content for your own individual learning. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Content or your login access;
• Copy, download (except materials expressly offered as downloads), record, or republish the videos or trainers;
• Use the Content to build a competing product or service;
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or share access with people who have not purchased.

Access is tied to the email associated with your purchase. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

4. Intellectual property

All Content, branding, text, video, code, and design are the property of The Tradventurer and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

5. No guarantees

Trading carries substantial risk. The Tradventurer makes no guarantee of income, profit, passing a prop-firm evaluation, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. See our Risk Disclaimer.

6. Payment & access

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Purchases grant lifetime access to the tier bought, subject to these terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Third-party services

We may reference or link to third parties (prop firms, platforms, communities). We are not responsible for their content, services, or practices, and any dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tradventurer and its owner are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Content. The Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes

We may update the Content and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
