Refund Policy

1. Digital product, immediate access

The Tradventurer is a digital product. On purchase you receive full, immediate access to all video lessons, interactive trainers, and downloadable resources for your tier. Because the entire product is delivered instantly and downloads cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final.

2. No free trial

We do not offer a free trial or a trial period. Please review the Curriculum, Pricing, and FAQ carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you are getting.

3. When we will make it right

We stand behind the product. We will review a refund or correction in genuine cases such as:

• A duplicate or accidental double charge;
• A technical problem on our side that prevents you from accessing what you paid for and that we cannot resolve;
• Being charged for the wrong tier.

To request help, email support@tradventurer.com from your purchase email with your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.

4. What is not eligible

• Change of mind after accessing the material;
• Dissatisfaction with trading results (results are never guaranteed — see the Risk Disclaimer);
• Failure to use the course.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first — we would much rather help than see a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in access being revoked.
